Privacy

helps.wiki has no accounts and does not ask for your name or e-mail address.

Votes, comments and reports

When you vote on a guide or send a comment, we store a one-way hash of your IP address and browser identifier, so the same person cannot vote twice and so we can limit spam. The address itself is not stored. Comments are read by a moderator before they appear; the name field is optional.

Page views

We count how many times each guide is opened per day, without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you.

Settings in your browser

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.

Analytics and advertising

The site may use Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica to measure traffic, and shows advertising from third-party networks in marked boxes. These services can set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies. Use your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker to limit them.
