PowerToys is an open-source set of tools maintained by Microsoft on GitHub. It is useful in troubleshooting too: File Locksmith shows which process is locking a file you cannot delete, and Keyboard Manager can remap a broken key.
Microsoft recommends installing it from GitHub releases or the Microsoft Store. The setup installs Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime if it is missing.
